This Friday, DS points expiring, and Dr. Patel

Good morning and happy Thursday! Hope you’re having a great week and gearing up for a nice Thanksgiving. Personally, we have about 20 people coming over- not quite as relaxing this year, but it’ll be great to see everybody!

Couple timely things to get out. First, I’ll be at a Catholic men’s retreat starting tonight and will not have my phone on me tomorrow at all. I won’t be able to respond to text. If you need immediate assistance, please call the St. Louis branch at 314-595-1300 or I’ll get back to you on Monday when I have a cell phone again.

Secondly, Dentsply Sirona points. The points didn’t expire previously, but they do now. Quite a few expire at the end of this week and the end of this month. Make sure you check your Dentsply Sirona account to see if you have any expiring. I’ve seen some as high as $8000 to $10,000 and that’s just free merchandise or small equipment. If you don’t know if you have an account or have trouble logging in, let me know and I’ll have a rep be in touch.

Moving on, the response for the Neal Patel hands-on restorative course on Friday, December 12th has been great. There’s only a couple seats left out of 30 so if you think you’d like to go, either let me know or you can register here.

A few people have asked us to schedule the next Nashville Solea hands-on further down the road to adjust schedules. We’ve done that and it will be April 10th at the Westin. If you’d like to go or for more information, please let me know.

Finally, I’ve asked Clear To Launch to start providing interesting information can share with offices. I thought this last one was interesting and I’ll leave that content below.

Have a great Thanksgiving!

Thanks!

Matt

Fwd:

Most dental practices don’t have a traffic problem.
They have a conversion problem.

You’re already getting website visitors.
But if your site isn’t built to convert, those visitors leave…no call, no form fills, no booking.
That’s money never coming through the door

Here’s the good news: You don’t need a full website redesign to fix it.
You can get meaningful lifts in new-patient bookings with a few high-leverage tweaks.
We do this every day.

This is CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Small changes. Big impact. Fast results.

A complete website redesign can be expensive and time-consuming. But here’s the good news – you can often see a big jump in new patient bookings without starting from scratch.

We call this Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – making strategic updates that turn more visitors into booked appointments.

Here are the moves that consistently drive revenue:

1. Clear CTAs everywhere (everywhere)
If patients can’t call, text, or book in under 3 seconds, you’ll lose them.

2. Trust signals near the action
Reviews, photos, credentials. Social proof increases conversions.

3. A mobile experience that actually works
Most of your visitors are on their phones. If it feels clunky, loads slowly, or has a misformatted section, they bounce.

4. Shorter forms
3-4 fields, that’s it. Every extra question = fewer leads. Simple math. Don’t ask who their insurance provider is…that’s for later.

5. Live chat / smart chatbots
Capture the 30 to 40% of people who won’t call, especially after hours.

One practice increased appointment requests by 27% just by moving their “Book Now” button, adding more CTAs, and adding review badges. No redesign. Just some tweaks by our team that took only a few days.

If you want, we’ll run a free CRO review of your site and show you where you’re leaving conversions on the table, and exactly what to fix first for the biggest lift.

Reply with your website URL and we’ll get started

Thanks!
