This webinar is designed to equip dental professionals with the knowledge and confidence to effectively incorporate nitrous oxide/oxygen sedation into practice. By addressing common misconceptions and providing practical guidance, this course aims to demystify nitrous sedation and highlight its numerous benefits for both patients and practitioners. Participants will gain a deep understanding of nitrous oxide/oxygen sedation, learn safe and effective administration techniques, and explore strategies to seamlessly integrate this modality into daily treatment planning.
Dr. Jason Brady, DMD (Dentist Anesthesiologist), completed his undergraduate dental degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Dr. Brady completed a hospital and private practice-based residency in Anesthesia at the University of California Los Angeles in 2012. Dr. Brady is a Past President of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is the Vice President of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and the President of the International Federation of Dental Anesthesiology Societies. He is the co-developer of the Anesthesia Research Foundation’s “Ten Minutes Saves a Life” emergency manual mobile application and is the co-director of the ADSA Simulation Course. Dr. Brady is a member of the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists and is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is also involved with education and serves as an Attending in Anesthesiology for the New York University Langone Health Dental Anesthesiology program. He teaches IV sedation at the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry. He is a former faculty of the Department of Endodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Orthodontics at the Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. He has given lectures at various organizations throughout North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. Dr. Brady practices in-office mobile anesthesia for dentistry and lives in Gilbert, AZ, with his wife and their six children.
