Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a resilient, biofilm-forming, opportunistic pathogen increasingly implicated in dental implant failure. Its adaptability, resistance to antibiotics, and persistence in dysbiotic environments make it a serious threat in both acute and chronic infections.
