Good morning and happy Friday! Hopefully you’ve had a great week and are ready to enjoy some wonderful weather over the weekend. With football back, it’s starting to feel like fall! Couple things have came up this week and I thought I would share.
First off, if you already signed up for Brian Harris next week, you’re in for a treat. I’ve had a few people ask if the CE credits are AGD certified, and they are. Secondly, our friends at Fortune are hosting a women in Dentistry leadership summit on September 20th. The cost is only $59 and includes five CE credits, a delicious lunch and wine tasting. Here is the flyer, but you also can find additional information here.
Next, you may have got an email from Vince this week, but there was big news at Sirona. They officially launched the PrimeScan 2 wireless scanner that scans to the cloud. There are quite a few moving pieces regarding that, but we also officially announced our local DS world on November 8 and it will be a big focus there. Here is the flyer, but I know it’s already about a third full.
Moving on, Patterson announced a flash sale on Dexis titanium and IXS imaging sensors today. A size 1 is $5753, a size 2 is $5972 and the Dexis titanium is $6301. Nationwide there’s between 66 and 152 sensors depending on which one you’re looking at and once they’re gone, it’ll be more traditional pricing.
Lastly, as you may know, I’m a big fan of Kavo. They launched a new product this week called the DiagnoCam and also the best sale I’ve ever seen them do on electric attachments. Through the month of September, they’re doing a buy four get three free on electric high-speed mastermatic attachments. Since they are electric, they’ll work with almost any motor.
