Williamson Smiles

Designing and building a dental office during Covid pandemic was an interesting undertaking for Dr. Nathan Williamson.  The original design for the treatment rooms was an open concept with central dividing cabinets instead of walls separating the treatment rooms.  When air quality and social distancing became hot topics, Dr. Williamson recognized a trend for the future of dental treatment and pivoted toward closed treatment rooms.  

We utilized glass, sliding barn door-style doors along with a transom at the top of each treatment room to create an open feel with a closed/private concept.  The result is a beautiful layout with the privacy that each patient seems to love. The result is a 4,500 square foot, 8 operatory design with windows in each treatment room, high ceilings, and plenty of space for the team to collaborate.
