Hello, happy last day before the holiday weekend! Hopefully you’ve got lots of fun things planned for the 4th of July and America’s 250th birthday! It was Awesome to kick off the weekend with USA’s World Cup victory last night! Personally, we’re heading down to Springfield, Missouri to see some family, get a little swimming in and see some fireworks. I’ll keep it short and sweet so you can wrap the day up and have some fun.
We had a fun promotion that started yesterday. For advantage customers, if you spend $2500 on “made in the USA” products between now July 18th, you’ll get $250 in advantage dollars. I try not to talk about every promotion, but I thought this was a good one because it’s a lot of items people already use and it’s nice to buy things made in the USA. Next, occasionally people ask me if there’s different CE courses going on in different areas of the country so they might be able to take a nice vacation and write it off. I didn’t want to put them all on www.stldentalsales.com, so I thought I would just provide a link HERE. There are some fun places like Oregon, Anchorage, and Scottsdale.
Vince and I just got our tickets for the Solea Summit in Scottsdale this week. The fights are still great on Southwest and the tickets are fairly reasonable. We’ve got a good group going from the St. Louis and surrounding areas, so if you think you might want to go, it might not be a bad idea to proactively get some tickets. If something happens, you could get your miles back or a credit.
Finally, you might have noticed there’s some disruption in Gloves right now. It’s a raw material shortage worldwide and we’ve done a good job of keeping them compressed as long as possible. Private Label gloves are still pretty good, as we tried to stock up for this possibility. If you want to try something new, and they’re not to what you like, I’m happy to give you a credit even if you’ve used them.
