You’ll also learn how to recognize early warning signs of complications and apply effective management techniques for successful graft integration. This course is essential for clinicians looking to enhance their surgical outcomes in dental implantology. \n\nCourse Overview\nNo surgical procedure\, no matter how simple and straightforward\, is 100% successful. Alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) grafting is a very commonly performed technique to minimize alveolar bone loss following tooth removal\, where later placement of an osseointegrated dental implant is anticipated. Nevertheless\, ARP grafts can become infected\, prematurely resorbed\, or fail altogether. We will discuss strategies the clinician can follow that will minimize the risk of suboptimal ARP grafting.
