Featured Speaker

Dr. Sara Mahmood is the Founder & Owner of brush365, a company she built around the philosophy of providing “Dentistry with Integrity”. Dr. Mahmood is a proud Texan. She grew up in Plano, TX where she graduated from Plano West Senior High School. She then went on to get her dual degree in Biology and Neuroscience with a Minor in Political Science from UT Dallas, graduating with CV Honors and Magna Cum Laude. From there, she went to Texas A&M University College of Dentistry (formerly known as Baylor) in Downtown Dallas where she was heavily involved in leadership in all levels. She served as President of the local chapter for the American Student Dental Association (ASDA), the District Media Chair for ASDA, and the National Treasurer for the Student National Dental Association during her time in dental school. She did her research in dental school at UIC School of Dentistry in Chicago where she studied the effects of stress on wound healing. She also spent some time doing Mission Work in Guatemala, providing free dental care for those in need. On the night of her graduation from dental school, Dr. Mahmood began her studies at the Jindal School of Management and received her Masters in Healthcare Management a year later.
