This 1.5-day implant placement course is designed to teach dentists how to integrate implants into their practice. Participants will learn essential skills, including proper case selection, implant placement, and avoiding common pitfalls. The course includes didactic instruction, clinical case reviews, and a live surgery under the guidance of expert instructors. Attendees will also gain ongoing support through a dedicated group of peers and mentors.

Objectives:

• Learn single implant placement techniques
• Understand case selection and patient screening
• Review CBCT imaging
• Follow step-by-step implant placement instructions
• Avoid common pitfalls in implant dentistry
• Explore restoration processes (digital and analog)

Day 1 (May 17, 2025):
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Activity: Didactic instruction

Day 2 (May 18, 2025):
Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: 100 West Dental, 13759 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011
Activity: Hands-on live surgery (participants may bring their own patients)

Eligibility:

Participants must have a Missouri dental license to perform live surgery. Out-of-state attendees will assist licensed Missouri dentists.
