Immediate Load: Extraction and Grafting
Course Overview
Extraction and bone grafting are critical steps in creating a stable foundation for successful immediate implant placement. In this TBS Virtual Clinic, Dr. Scott Ganz will walk through the clinical workflow for performing minimally-traumatic extractions, properly managing the socket, and placing bone graft material to support immediate implants. From preserving hard and soft tissue to understanding how to manage the gap between the implant and socket walls, this session will highlight techniques that help improve predictability and long-term outcomes.
Dr. Ganz will also review how proper site preparation and grafting strategies contribute to primary stability and successful healing following implant placement. Whether you are incorporating immediate implants into your practice for the first time or looking to refine your surgical workflow, this course will provide practical guidance for improving efficiency, preserving bone and tissue, and supporting predictable restorative results.
