Good morning and happy Thursday! This is the first year I can remember in a while, where we’ve only had one, maybe two snow days to disrupt the schedule. As we approach mid-March, I thought I would put some news out there. Personally, we’re heading down to Florida on Saturday for spring break and to visit Family. I may be a little delayed in responses, but I’ll still be getting caught up and working daily.
Between tonight and tomorrow morning with Dr. Patel, we have 70 clinicians coming to our branch. We’re packed at the seams tonight, but can still fit a few more on Friday- if you forgot to register or your Friday plans changed. As a reminder, Dr. Patel is the founder of keep CAD/CAMing, and will be going over restoring implants with CAD/CAM, tru abutment workflow, and intraoral grammetry solutions for all-on-X. You can see more or register HERE for Friday.
Next, Clear To Launch has provided a quick informative six-minute video on AI principles for healthcare marketing. HERE is a link to the video. I asked them to start putting together a weekly or semiweekly quick videos and I hope to have more soon.
Exciting news. Dr. Jason Ford will be coming to St. Louis on Friday, June 19th to speak on “Alveolar Ridge Preservation Grafting For The Practicing Dentist“. Normally, there’s a fee of $295 to attend, but the Patterson St. Louis branch is covering that cost for all our advantage customers. I know summer is a little tricky with summer vacations, about we are happy to have him, as he’s one of the most in demand speakers in the country right now. I’ve attached the flyer, but this morning we opened registration and you can do that HERE.
Quick hits
We’ve got quite a few sign-ups for our Friday, March 27th hands on endodontics course at the branch. It’s titled, “The 30-minute protocol for mastering anterior and premolar Endodontics“. The speaker, Dr. Alfarra is local and teaches at A.T. Still University. Register HERE.
This is a great video on The benefits of buffering anesthetic. With the new buffer pro, everybody should probably have a box in their office for hot teeth, hard to get numb or anxious patients. It’s now single use and has a two-year shelflife so you can pick and choose on who you want to use it on.
Supermax just introduced the first ever American made glove from Aurelia. The initial feedback has been fantastic and if you want to throw one on your next order, let me know and I’ll credit it back. After the craziness of Covid, I can appreciate a glove made in the USA.
Finally, Solventum dropped off a bunch of their Clinpro varnish samples. A tremendous number of offices already use it, but if you’ve never tried it, it’s clear, non-sticky and the best varnish out there. If you’d like a sample, I’m happy to drop some off.
Have a wonderful rest of the week and look forward to seeing a bunch of people tonight and tomorrow morning. Reach out if we can help with anything!
Thanks!
Matt
