Good morning, I thought I would send out a really quick email regarding the port strike. Similar to the UPS potential strike, we’ve been monitoring this for quite some time.
I reached out to the Head of our Corporate merchandise team and here’s what he said.
Fwd: All is good. We have been aware and planning for a while. We anticipate minimal potential risk. We carry safety stock for international shipments – always. If it happens and goes long-term (which is unlikely) we are prepared.
I’ll keep everyone posted if I hear any different, but I’ve received a couple texts this morning and just wanted to address the question. Have a wonderful rest of the day!
